BIA Group in Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Project Engineer (Parts) to lead the design, preparation and execution of Parts Supply Chain activities for aftermarket projects, including tenders and contracts.

The role emphasizes analysis, data consolidation, and coordination across procurement, planning and logistics to ensure realistic plans, on-time delivery and alignment with commitments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or technical field is required.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data handling skills (Excel & SAP required).

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation of supply chain inputs for tenders and customer projects.
• Consolidate data and validate key assumptions (availability, lead times, sourcing, inventory).
• Contribute to project readiness assessments.
• Ensure the execution of supply chain activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Monitor performance and ensure alignment with commitments.
• Support end-to-end delivery of parts availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and logistics teams to start projects.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between central and local stakeholders.
• Follow up on operations and drive issue resolution.
• Identify and monitor supply chain risks.
• Support mitigation actions and escalation when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of tools, processes, and SC standards for project.
• Support standardisation across projects and propose adaptation/simplification.
• Capture lessons learned after project completion and participate in their implementation.
