Premium Sound Solutions in Belgium is seeking a Global Supply Chain Project Engineer to drive global demand and supply planning, resilience initiatives and cross‑functional projects across plants and suppliers.

You will translate data into insights using SAP, IBP and Power BI, lead improvements, manage risk, and coordinate pilots and rollouts with international teams, enabling sustainable production capacity.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent in SCM/Business/Engineering.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, project management, operations, procurement or resilience in an international industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, MRP, inventory management, supplier capacity and supplier management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement projects from analysis through implementation and sustained adoption.
• Analytical and able to translate data into clear insights, practical recommendations and concrete action plans.
• Structured, proactive and persistent in following up on actions, milestones and results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions, plants and cultures.
• Experience with SAP and planning or reporting tools; knowledge of IBP and Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are assets.
• Willing to travel across global time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global demand and supply planning, validate inputs and prepare insights for planning reviews.
• Align forecasts with plant, supplier and logistics capacity to identify imbalances and constraints.
• Coordinate scenarios for demand fluctuations, product launches, transfers and end-of-life situations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Program Management, Finance and local SC teams to resolve planning gaps.
• Translate resilience priorities into projects with clear objectives, milestones, responsibilities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply continuity, capacity assurance, inventory resilience and process standardization.
• Develop ways of working to anticipate, manage and recover from supply chain disruptions.
• Coordinate pilots, share lessons learned and support global rollouts, training and adoption.
