Resultance is seeking a Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Expert to partner with clients in the Brussels area, driving transformative improvements across demand planning, production planning, inventory, and logistics. You will leverage data-driven insights to deliver measurable value and sustainable change, mentoring junior team members along the way.

The role emphasizes leadership in complex supply chains, ERP/BI-enabled transformations, and excellence in stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting or supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP, BI, and digital transformation solutions in supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency gains in SCM.
• Strong knowledge of PMO methods such as Agile, Prince2 and/or APICS (certification preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute supply chain optimization projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
• Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain strategies, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Assess and leverage emerging technology trends, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver insightful presentations and reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
