Job summary

HYBRID Software in Merelbeke, Belgium, is seeking a dedicated Solution Engineer to join our Solutions Team. You will be responsible for customer projects involving scripting and will report issues to our development teams.

You will ensure that the current systems at the customer stay up to date and provide global support to colleagues. You will also enhance and maintain internal web-based systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT/digital/media or similar role.
• JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Service-minded attitude with good verbal and written skills.
• English is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible, together with your team members, for the Customer Projects involving scripting.
• Reporting back to our development teams any recurrent issues that arise through our internal tools.
• Ensure that the current systems at the customer stay up to date and guarantee a continuous service.
• Delivering global support to internal employees in case of complex questions and difficult cases.
• You will also enhance, adapt and maintain the internal web-based systems.
