Alstom in Belgium is seeking a Site Global Planning Director to lead S&OP, guide P&FMs (Planning & Forecast Meetings), and ensure accurate workload production and capacity visibility across the site. You will drive tender, program and project planning governance to secure on-time delivery, manage planning teams, and oversee configuration and change management.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in site planning and S&OP processes.
• Experience coordinating planning across bids, programs and projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Planning teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide planning resources for Bids, Projects and Programs.
• Responsible for achievable and winning planning for tenders with main milestones and risks identified.
• Ensure respect of contractual deliveries and use of standard Alstom scheduling tools.
• Coordinate, manage and animate the Site documentation and CCM teams.
