The SDDC Project Coordinator role at Plan International will provide administrative and logistics support to the global rollout process, focusing on communications, project tracking and reports. You will document progress, update policies, and maintain the SDDC page and library on the Plan’s website.

You will organise meetings, maintain notes, track deadlines, and coordinate with Sponsorship Operations, Regional Offices, and field teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project coordination, reporting, timeline tracking and documentation management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to work across countries and time zones.
• Excellent organisational skills, multitasking and meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and logistics support for SDDC rollout, including communications and reporting.
• Maintain project artefacts, notes, dashboards, and governance papers for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sponsorship Operations, Regional Offices, and country teams to ensure timely activity delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding, data privacy, and Plan International policies.
