C40 Cities seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Service Coordination and Pilot Partnerships to lead regional engagement for the AI-assisted Digital Service across the GCoM alliance and 14,000+ signatories, coordinating pilots in target countries.

Reporting to the Head of Data Systems, Regions and Partnerships, you will drive global engagement strategy, build partnerships with national governments and local delivery partners, and ensure coherent rollout across diverse teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing on-ground engagement activities.
• Ability to lead pilot deployments and coordinate multi-stakeholder groups.
• Strong track record in building strategic partnerships with governments and regional partners.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate global engagement for the Digital Service across regions.
• Lead country-level pilots and engagement activities with partners and governments.
• Ensure seamless alignment between engagement and other workstreams within the Tech and Data Programme.
• Provide leadership in agile project management and cross-team coordination.
