Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech medical affairs or medical communications.
• Proven track record in global scientific publication strategies and external engagement.
• Strong understanding of clinical development and evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global scientific communications strategy across early pipeline and launch assets.
• Connect scientific narratives across publications, congresses, medical education and digital channels.
• Ensure consistent scientific voice across geographies while allowing local adaptation.
• Translate disease biology and clinical data into clear scientific narratives and roadmaps.
• Partner with Global Medical Leads and other functions to anticipate evidence needs.
• Oversee publication planning, data disclosure, and external engagement for launches.
