BioTalent is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to recruit a Director of Medical Evidence Generation. This strategic Global Medical Affairs role shapes and delivers evidence across an immunology portfolio, identifying needs, aligning priorities and ensuring high-quality clinical and real-world data support for decisions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent advanced scientific degree.
• Significant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute evidence-generation strategies at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute evidence generation strategies aligned with medical objectives.
• Identify evidence gaps and define priorities across the product lifecycle.
• Provide strategic leadership for clinical studies, observational research and real-world evidence.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, HEOR, Commercial and Regulatory to align evidence priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver evidence activities on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee study progress, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Evaluate data and insights to inform future evidence strategies.
• Build relationships with external experts, researchers and strategic partners.
