Grünenthal Group seeks a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute high-quality Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies that drive reimbursement, patient access, and commercialisation of assets globally. You will embed payer-relevant endpoints across clinical development and collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and R&D teams.

Formación

• Advanced degree in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or related field.
• 8–12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
• Proven track record in economic models and real-world evidence for market access.
• Experience leading early payer engagement and HTA submissions with value recognition.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in specialty medicine.
• Strategic, analytical mindset linking local and global priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop integrated HEOR strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling to meet payer needs.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D to embed payer-relevant endpoints.
• Co‑lead evidence-generation projects and publish results via publications and conferences.
• Drive early payer engagement and support HTA submissions (AMNOG, NICE, JCA).
• Lead development of economic models, value materials, and tools for launch and negotiations.
• Incorporate country requirements into global strategies for affiliate commercialization.
• Build relationships with external HEOR experts and policymakers.
• Strengthen HEOR capabilities and Market Access advisory networks.
