Qualifications

• Master's degree in non-profit management, international development, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in programme management, coordination or similar roles.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and M&E experience.
• Fluent in French and English; strong writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer IRB processes, maintain records, ensure compliance.
• Coordinate Rights and Communities programme activities and reporting.
• Support SWM programme coordination and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead meetings, workshops and events with diverse teams.
