Job summary

Beaulieu International Group seeks a Regulatory Affairs & Reporting Lead to translate regulatory developments into practical actions across the organization. You will combine deep regulatory expertise with strong business process understanding and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 7+ years in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or related field.
• Experience interpreting complex regulations and translating to practical processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with pragmatic solutions for complex challenges.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments at European and international level.
• Assess impact of new regulations and prioritize actions.
• Provide guidance on complex regulatory matters to stakeholders.
• Drive improvements through evidence-based recommendations.
• Leverage regulatory intelligence tools and AI-supported solutions.
• Define and improve regulatory compliance processes across the Group.
• Translate requirements into procedures, plans, and actions.
• Ensure lifecycle regulatory compliance from sourcing to market access.
• Coordinate implementation across multiple functions (Procurement, R&D, PM, Manufacturing, Quality, SHE, Sustainability, Legal, Marketing).
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting obligations.
• Monitor gaps, actions, and progress with visibility on risks.
• Support audits and governance framework.
• Build relationships with industry associations and regulatory networks.
