Job summary

You will collaborate with regulatory affairs and supply chain, escalate issues to the Quality Lead, and organize reimbursements to complainants and pharmacies, while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance including complaint handling and sample management.
• Proficiency in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and database management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external personnel.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and processing of quality complaints in the internal database.
• Coordinate complaint sample handling and ensure follow-up on necessary information.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs and supply chain to facilitate information flow.
• Escalate quality complaint issues to the Quality Lead and stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Organize reimbursements for complainants and pharmacies per protocol.
• Verify and upload incoming goods documentation into the quality management system.
