Job summary

Randstad Belgium is seeking a Complaint Quality Lead to drive the global GMP complaint management process and ensure regulatory compliance for biopharmaceutical products. You will be the primary expert contact for global teams and external partners, building a governance model for continuous improvement.

You will oversee the outsourced central complaint unit, manage service providers, and monitor KPIs. Strong leadership in life sciences and expertise in eQMS platforms are required for this

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or engineering.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (10–15 members).
• Profound GMP/regulatory knowledge and QMS requirements.
• Analytical capabilities with Excel data analysis; problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English; French proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GMP complaint management globally and define procedural requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and share best practices.
• Collaborate with QMS lead to implement process changes.
• Develop governance for continuous improvement with KPIs.
• Oversee outsourced central complaint unit and staff training.
• Manage service provider performance, CAPA, and audits.
• Track service levels and drive improvement with the partner.
