Qualifications

• Experience in business controlling or financial performance management within a complex environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with data interpretation for insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Power BI and developing BI/reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence operational teams.
• Rigorous, curious and proactive mindset; management consulting background is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Drive financial performance within the assigned perimeter by challenging spending assumptions and supporting optimization.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of the 2027 budget, reviewing assumptions and engaging stakeholders.
• Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and support admin and finance processes.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reporting to improve visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and performance.

The company is seeking a Business Controller to support financial performance management, budgeting activities, reporting enhancement, and operational decision-making across its assigned scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze SG&A costs across various expense categories, including maintenance, uniforms, representation expenses, training, and projects.
• Drive financial performance within the assigned perimeter by challenging spending assumptions and supporting cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of the 2027 budget, including reviewing assumptions, challenging operational stakeholders, and ensuring accurate submission within reporting systems.
• Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and support administrative and operational finance processes.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reporting solutions to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and propose process improvements and new ways of working to increase efficiency and performance across the organization.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in business controlling, management control, or financial performance management within a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI and a strong interest in developing reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence operational teams.
• Rigorous, curious, adaptable, and proactive mindset; prior experience in management consulting is considered a strong advantage.
