Biobest is seeking a Global Product Manager Biopesticides & Biostimulants to shape the global product strategy and drive growth across international markets. You will own the biopesticide and biostimulant portfolio, manage supplier relationships, and ensure seamless integration with regulatory, supply chain and commercial teams.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and Phytolicense, plus extensive product management experience in biopesticides or crop protection.

Formación

• Master's degree in Plant Sciences, Bio-engineering, Agriculture or related field; Phytolicense is required.
• Significant experience in product management, portfolio management or business development within biopesticides, crop protection, or related regulated agricultural category.
• Proven ability to own a category with full commercial and strategic accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior management and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage Biobest's biopesticide and biostimulant portfolio at group level for market relevance and profitability.
• Lead portfolio strategies, business cases and marketing plans with internal and local stakeholders.
• Lead make-or-buy and branding decisions and oversee new product launches from business case to market introduction.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and partners, including commercial terms and supply continuity.
• Coordinate with Regulatory & Compliance to embed regulatory strategy in commercial decisions and ensure registrations.
