Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring accurate, timely communication with customers and suppliers while handling orders, inquiries and after-sales support.
• Plan, organise and manage workload to support business development and assist all departments with reports, data and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations while protecting confidential information.
