Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or similar.
• 5+ years in an operational role in an industrial environment.
• 2+ years in project management.
• 2+ years in Lean/Six Sigma or related activities.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers expert work in the Business Management Expertise team with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
• Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
• Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards.
• Drives Operational Excellence across all aspects of the role, embedding quality principles, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Lead important and complex improvement projects with cross-department scope to deliver tangible improvement to the business.
