UCB is seeking a Senior Global Pricing Operations Partner to lead end-to-end pricing assessments and governance across affiliates and global stakeholders. You will develop pricing policies, ensure high-quality data, translate analyses into actionable recommendations, and drive pricing operations initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management and a collaborative mindset. You will work in a global, cross-functional environment, reporting to the Global Pricing

Competenze

• Five+ years of pricing, market access, health economics or finance experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical pricing expertise including governance and cross-market implications.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-impact pricing cases across markets.
• Analytical, project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills in global, cross-functional environments.

Mansioni

• Be the main global contact for operational pricing questions and processes for assigned affiliates.
• Guide affiliates to build business cases with analytics, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely decisions.
• Assess financial and cross-market implications and escalate risks when needed.
• Develop in-market pricing policies for assigned brands.
• Monitor price changes and document pricing decisions with quarterly impact reports.
• Lead strategic pricing projects to improve tools, processes, automation and workflows, while coaching teams.
