Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in market access, payer strategy, pricing, health economics, outcomes research, medical affairs, or related pharma functions.
• Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements, reimbursement processes, pricing strategy, and market access planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in global matrix organisations.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leveraging analytics and AI-enabled insights to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Co-create global payer, access, and pricing strategies and deliverables with Asset Payer Heads.
• Develop and execute payer strategies, evidence generation plans, pricing approaches, and global deliverables.
• Shape asset payer potential by aligning development plans with payer requirements and mitigation strategies.
• Develop competitive evidence generation strategies for payer and reimbursement objectives.
• Define global access strategies and clarify strategic trade-offs and decision points.
• Lead payer engagements and translate external insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Present payer perspectives and strategic recommendations to leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, RWE, Policy, Commercial, and regional teams.
