Vantive is seeking a Manager, Product Management – PD Life Cycle Management to lead global LCM strategy for Peritoneal Dialysis products. You will influence cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align on portfolio decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate complex trade-offs into actionable plans for senior leaders, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, R&D, or related roles.
• Experience leading portfolio or sustaining programs in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Understanding of regulatory, quality, supply chain, and commercial considerations in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Life Cycle Management strategy and execution for assigned PD products, balancing customer outcomes, revenue, supply resilience, and regulatory needs.
• Represent the GBU in cross-functional teams and governance forums; drive alignment across regions.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases for major LCM initiatives; partner with stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
