Vantive, a leading organ therapy company, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Management – PD Life Cycle Management to support global LCM for PD products. The role involves deep portfolio analysis, business case work, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and governance support across moderately complex PD products or global workstreams.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, project management, operations, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience supporting portfolio management, product lifecycle activities, business analysis, or cross-functional program execution.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, quality systems, supply chain, or global commercial environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, healthcare, clinical/scientific discipline, or related field required; advanced degree or relevant certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop portfolio analyses that integrate commercial performance, customer impact, quality, regulatory, supply, and operational considerations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and regional teams.
• Translate data and stakeholder input into concise insights, options, and recommendations for leadership.
• Support structured responses to product, supply, or quality issues by organizing facts, options, and stakeholder inputs.
