  • Support prioritization of sustaining investments, product updates, issue resolution, supply continuity actions, and potential rationalization decisions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact across regions and functions for assigned products and LCM initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Participate in cross-functional teams or workstreams across Marketing, Business, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and regional commercial organizations.
  • Support alignment, decision-making, and accountability across stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives.
  • Represent the GBU voice in Project Core Teams, technical teams, governance forums, and escalation discussions.
Strategic Contribution & Business Ownership
  • Contribute to portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, platform evolution, and long-term sustaining priorities for assigned PD products.
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leaders, including assessment of trade-offs, risks, benefits, investment needs, and operational implications.
  • Support business case development and decision support for major LCM initiatives, product changes, issue resolution, and portfolio optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to ensure portfolio decisions reflect customer needs, patient impact, business performance, and execution feasibility.
Compliance, Risk & Issue Management
  • Ensure LCM strategies and decisions account for applicable regulatory, quality, compliance, supply, and industry standards.
  • Lead structured responses to significant operational, quality, supply, or customer-impacting issues, including escalation preparation and decision framing.
  • Embed proactive risk identification and mitigation into sustaining plans and portfolio governance.
What You'll Bring
Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present concise, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
  • High accountability, ownership, and results orientation, with the ability to move work forward through influence.
Professional Experience
