Vantive, a leader in vital organ therapy, seeks a Manager of Product Management – PD Life Cycle Management to drive global LCM strategy for Peritoneal Dialysis products. You will shape portfolio sustainability, balance customer outcomes, and ensure regulatory and manufacturing alignment across regions.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and quality considerations in a global healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, R&D, or related function.
• Experience leading portfolio, lifecycle, sustaining, or cross-functional programs in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial considerations in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Life Cycle Management strategy and execution for assigned PD products, ensuring portfolio sustainability and risk-based prioritization.
• Partner with regions and functions to align portfolio decisions with customer needs, patient impact, and business performance.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for senior leaders including trade-offs, risks, and investment needs.
• Lead business case development and decision support for major LCM initiatives.
