Johnson & Johnson is launching the GOLD Program for recent graduates to accelerate career growth in the end-to-end global supply chain. The 2.5-year program combines rotations across EU sites and classroom training to develop leaders in operations, procurement, quality, planning, and logistics.

Start date is Summer 2027 with opportunities to rotate across multiple J&J campuses in Europe and beyond, including Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, and other EU locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed in the job description.
• High academic achievement as proven by overall university performance.
• Interest in multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
• EU geographic flexibility and authorization to work in the EU or Switzerland.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the planning, production and distribution of products.
• Maintain or improve manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key decisions.
• Learn about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
