Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine invites graduates to join the GLOBAL OPERATIONS Leadership Development (GOLD) Program, a two-and-a-half-year rotation across the end-to-end supply chain with challenging assignments in operations, planning, procurement, quality and logistics. Participants gain leadership skills, cross-functional exposure and a pathway to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a relevant area.
• EU geographic flexibility and work authorization to begin full-time by Summer 2027.

Responsabilités

• Participate in planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key decisions.
• Learn about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
