Johnson & Johnson in Belgium invites applicants to join a 2.5-year Global Operations Leadership Development Program, offering challenging rotations across global supply chain and a path to a permanent position.

You will combine on-the-job experience with business, leadership, and personal development training, covering planning, production, and distribution of products while pursuing cost, efficiency, and compliance improvements. EU flexibility and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, or engineering
• High academic achievement as proven by overall performance in university
• Interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
• Professional experience in a relevant business area; a minimum of 3 months' experience is highly preferred but not required
• No more than 2 years of full-time work experience by December 31, 2026, inclusive of co-op, internship, and post-graduate employment
• EU geographic flexibility is mandatory over the course of the GOLD Program and at graduation
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the EU or Switzerland without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Eligible to begin full-time employment with Johnson & Johnson no later than summer 2027
• Relevant experience may include supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, research and development, or another directly related field

Responsabilités

• Participate in challenging multifunctional work rotations across global supply chain functions
• Complete a 2.5-year Global Operations Leadership Development Program followed by a permanent position
• Participate in planning, production, and distribution of products and services
• Maintain or improve manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes
• Learn about designing or redesigning new products
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance
• Understand the impact of the business on customer experience
• Support end-to-end global supply chain activities across operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, facilities engineering, and quality technical support
