Johnson & Johnson invites recent graduates to join the Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program, a 2.5-year rotational career accelerator across end-to-end supply chain functions in Europe and beyond. Start Summer 2027 with potential for a permanent role.

You will rotate through operations, procurement, quality, planning, and logistics, gaining cross-site experience and leadership development in a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

GOLD Program Overview

The Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program offers recent university graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career growth through a structured framework that combines challenging work rotations with classroom and online training over a two-and-a-half-year period. The goal of the program is to craft the next generation of leaders across the end-to-end global supply chain functions within Johnson & Johnson. Functional areas within the program include, but are not limited to operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, facilities engineering and quality technical support. The combination of multi-functional work assignments and action learning helps to develop the skills and capabilities needed to build your career path towards leadership.

Participants will learn to drive their careers in small-company environments that support the ambitious spirit, nurture collaboration and partnership, and recognize their individual contributions. At the same time, associates benefit from the big-company impact of a global leader in healthcare, with premier training and development and career opportunities across a dynamic global environment.

Program Components

Combine on -the - job experience with business, leadership & personal development training

Rotational assignments across multiple sites throughout the EU and Switzerland that deliver real and impactful business results - please note that we have four different rotational cohorts across EMEA, and all qualified candidates are eligible for each cohort:

• An Irish domestic cohort where associates will rotate through assignments across our J&J Ireland campuses
• A Swiss domestic cohort where associates will rotate through assignments across our J&J Switzerland campuses
• A Belgian domestic cohort where associates will rotate through assignments across our J&J Belgium campuses
• A Cross-Country cohort where associates will rotate through assignments across our J&J campuses throughout Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and France

Opportunity to expand technical capabilities, leadership skills and business knowledge

Exposure to a broad range of experiences across the global Supply Chain throughout J&J's two business segments ( Innovative Medicine and Medical Technology )

Global networking,in-person residencies, andvirtual collaboration with fellow associates around the world

Building technical skills in many areas,including:

Position Responsibilities

• Participating in the planning, production and distribution of products and services
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors todrive key business decisions and outcomes
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
• Understanding the impact of the business on the customer experience
• Keeping the customer in the center of everything we do

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a supply chain, business administration , business management, data science , biotechnology , health sciences and technology,or engineering
• High academic achievement as proven by overall performance in university
• An interest in exploring multifunctional assignmentsacrossa global supply chain
• Professional experience in a relevant business area. A minimum of 3 months’ experience is highly preferred, but not required , and no more than 2 years of full-time work experience by December 31, 2026 , inclusive of co-operational, internship, and post-graduate employment. (Areas include supply chain, operations, logistics , engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, research and development, or another directly related field, as examples)
• EU Geographic flexibility is a mandatory requirement over the course of the GOLD Program and at Graduation of the GOLD Program
• You must be authorized to work permanently in the EU or Switzerland, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• You are eligible to begin full-time employment with Johnson& Johnson in no later than summer 2027to align with the start of the GOLD program each year.Please note that depending on business needs, we may offer an optional February 2027 start date to applicants who have already earned adegreeby December 2026 .
