Johnson & Johnson’s GOLD Program offers recent graduates a 2.5-year, end-to-end leadership development across global supply chains. Start date is Summer 2027, with rotations across EU and Swiss sites and multiple cohorts.

Participants gain hands-on experience in operations, procurement, quality, planning, and logistics, with premier training, networking, and cross-functional assignments within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, or engineering.
• High academic achievement demonstrated by overall university performance.
• EU geographic flexibility and authority to work in EU.
• Professional experience in a relevant area is preferred but not required (up to 2 years).

Responsabilités

• Participate in planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Maintain or improve manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive business outcomes.
• Learn about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
• Understand business impact on customer experience.
• Keep the customer at the center of everything we do.
