Johnson & Johnson invites recent graduates to join the Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. This 2.5-year program combines challenging rotations with formal training across end-to-end supply chain functions in Europe, including operations, procurement, planning and logistics.

Start date is Summer 2027 with multiple cohorts across EU and Switzerland. Applicants should meet degree requirements and be authorized to work in the EU or Switzerland, with ambitious leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field.
• Strong academic record as shown by overall university performance.
• EU geographic flexibility and work authorization in the EU or Switzerland.

Responsabilités

• Participating in planning, production and distribution of products and services
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
• Understanding impact of the business on the customer experience
• Keeping the customer in the center of everything we do
