Johnson & Johnson invites recent graduates to join the Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program, a 2.5-year rotation across EU sites in supply chain functions, including planning, manufacturing, procurement and logistics. Starting Summer 2027, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, demonstrate EU geographic flexibility, and be eligible to work in the EU.

The program blends hands-on assignments, classroom training and global networking to build future leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
• EU Geographic flexibility and work authorization in EU/Switzerland.

Responsabilités

• Participating in planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors to drive business decisions.
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding impact on customer experience and keeping customer at the center.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, business, data science, biotechnology, health sciences & technology, or engineering)
