The Global Operations Leadership Development(GOLD)Program offers recent university graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career growth through a structured framework that combines challenging work rotations with classroom and online training over a two-and-a-half-year period. The goal of the program is to craft the next generation of leadersacross the end-to-end global supply chain functionswithin Johnson & Johnson. Functional areas within the program include, but are not limited tooperations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, facilities engineering and quality technical support. During your participationin the program,you are responsible for demonstrating a working knowledge of howthe differentglobalsupply chain functions of Johnson& Johnson connect to support our business and our customers around the world. Associates will gain valuable experiencesacross the global end-to-end supply chainwhile:
Participating in the planning, production and distribution of products and services
Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance

For consideration in the GOLD ProgramClass of 2027,youmustmeetthe following requirements:
Abachelor’sdegreein a supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology,or engineering
High academic achievement as proven by overall performance in university
An interest in exploring multifunctional assignmentsacrossa global supply chain
Professional experience in a relevant business area. A minimum of 3 months’ experience is highly preferred, but not required, and no more than 2 years of full-time work experience by December 31, 2026, inclusive of co-operational, internship, and post-graduate employment. (Areas include supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, research and development, or another directly related field, as examples)
EU Geographic flexibility is a mandatory requirement over the course of the GOLD Program and at Graduation of the GOLD Program
You must be authorized to work permanently in the EU or Switzerland, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
You are eligible to begin full-time employment with Johnson&Johnson in no later than summer 2027to align with the start of the GOLD program each year.Please note that depending on business needs, we may offer an optional February 2027 start date to applicants who have already earned adegreeby December 2026.
