Daikin Group is seeking an International Mobility Officer to support the coordination of international assignments across EMEA. The role requires strong experience in HR operations and international mobility, ensuring compliance and improving mobility processes.

As a key point of contact for employees, you will manage assignments from initiation to repatriation, collaborate with HR and legal teams, and drive process optimization initiatives within the mobility function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international mobility.
• Experience with payroll, taxation, and legal aspects of mobility.
• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate full lifecycle of international assignments.
• Act as primary point of contact for assignees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal frameworks.
