Belgian Monitoring Systems is seeking a specialist to implement MES systems at customer sites worldwide, including new installations and upgrades. You will prepare installations, fine-tune applications for smooth deployment and install the software on-site, taking into account customer needs.

You’ll be a go-to person to guide, train and support customers as they begin using the systems, and you’ll join a global team with Installation, Service and Development colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience installing MES systems at customer sites.
• Ability to train and support customers during and after deployment.

Responsabilités

• Implement MES systems at customer sites worldwide, including new installations and upgrades.
• Prepare installations and fine-tune applications for smooth deployment.
• Install and configure software on-site considering customer needs.
• Guide, train and support customers as they start using the systems.
• Collaborate with Installation/Service and Development teams as part of a global team.
• Provide remote support to HQ and customers when not onsite to keep systems running smoothly.
