Equine Care Group (ECG) seeks a Senior Corporate Development Advisor to lead ECG’s international growth and M&A strategy, from initial assessment through signing, closing and the start-up of integration.

You will own transactions end-to-end, coordinating with ECG’s management, Board, local teams and external advisers in a fast-paced, international environment. Based in Lummen, Belgium, with a very active M&A pipeline.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate development, M&A, or related field.
• Experience with private equity-backed or cross-border deals is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own M&A transactions from assessment to signing, closing and integration.
• Identify, assess and prioritize acquisition opportunities across markets.
• Prepare investment memos, financial analyses and Board updates.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal and operational workstreams.
• Review transaction documentation with ECG’s legal advisor and reflect terms.
• Lead integration planning with management and functional teams.
• Build relationships with owners, veterinarians, management and advisors.
