Dematic seeks a project management professional to lead end‑to‑end projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and safety. You will manage cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within cost, serving as the customer liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a university engineering or related degree, strong cost/time/quality awareness, and willingness to travel up to 30%. Collaborative, proactive problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering, automation tech, or logistics-related business administration.
• Strong cost, time and quality awareness for project delivery.
• Experience in logistics is desirable.
• Experience in live environments with coordinated activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication across functional and geographical boundaries.
• Ability to work in teams and resolve problems analytically.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%). Driving license.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and EHS.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver on time and within cost.
• Act as the customer contact for the entire project duration.
• Manage contracts, changes, and claims.
• Plan scheduling and project control activities.
• Forecast costs and cash flow with accurate predictions of overruns/underruns.
• Perform risk management and project status reporting.
• Coordinate specification and procurement with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with PM processes and policies.
