Expleo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value, technically complex projects in railway, automotive and/or aeronautic sectors. You will guide a Project Core Team, manage scope, time and cost, and negotiate with customers to ensure delivery against QCD commitments.

International project experience and strong leadership are essential, as is the ability to navigate contractual and financial stakes while maintaining cross-functional collaboration and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Master or above) in Industrial, Telecom, Electrical, Electronics or Automation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high value or technically complex projects in Railway, Automobile and/or Aeronautic industries.
• Experience in international projects and openness to multicultural environment.
• Deep understanding of technical/engineering requirements and product specifications.
• Good control of contractual, financial and political stakes.
• Team management excellence: to enrol & motivate internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; resilient to complex problems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver project according to QCD commitments as specified at contract signature.
• Enroll, manage and obtain the commitments of each member of the Project Core Team.
• Support Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders with customer.
• Act in respect of applicable process and standards, and support the mission of the Project Quality and Safety Manager.
• Set up organisational and behaviour rules and pilot planning and resources to meet customers’ needs.
• Demonstrate performance in Scope, Time, Cost, Resources, Risk & Opportunities, Quality, and Communication.
• Report to Customer Services Business Director weekly updates and contribute to project reporting.
• Improve the operational reliability and feedback to Tender team about costing reliability.
• Enable the setup of predictive maintenance.
