Denys is looking for a Project Manager in Gent, Belgium to lead and manage projects including safety, quality, planning, and budgeting. The role requires at least 5 years of international civil engineering experience and the ability to work in multicultural environments.

You will ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements while managing teams and resources. This position includes a complete compensation package with additional benefits such as insurance and a potential company car.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant international experience, preferably in civil works, utility lines, or water treatment plants.
• Flexibility to live and work at project locations abroad (within West-African) for longer periods.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage project aspects including safety, quality, planning, and budget.
• Manage contractual documents and ensure necessary permits are present.
• Monitor budgets, project results, financial reporting, and profitability.
• Manage a team of site managers, operational staff, and subcontractors.
• Identify risks and solve problems that might arise.
• Manage technical aspects at the execution stage and advise operational teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client.
• Ensure that safety, health, quality, and environmental policies are adhered to.
