Job summary

Breed Bio BV is seeking a motivated Business Developer to build relationships with new clients and nurture existing accounts. You will be part of a growing commercial team, traveling globally to engage with prospects and partners.

You will leverage your CRM experience and life sciences understanding to capture opportunities, attend conferences, and execute strategic partnerships. A dynamic startup mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English required.
• Proven experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Understanding of co-marketing strategies and partnerships.
• Strong ability to nurture and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities from market signals and insights.
• Maintain and document leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Attend industry events to network, generate leads, and represent Breed Bio.
• Travel 1–3 days per week to meet potential clients and present our offerings.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline with predictability.
