Job summary

Biocair is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its Belgium healthcare and life-sciences business. You will develop new customer relationships, expand existing partnerships and drive our presence across pharmaceutical, biotech, Cell & Gene Therapy, R&D and laboratory organisations.

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will own your commercial territory, travel across Belgium and spend one day weekly in the Mechelen office, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record of growing B2B revenue in logistics, healthcare, or life sciences.
Ability to identify and convert new prospects and expand existing accounts.
Strong communication and presentation skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a healthy sales pipeline across Belgium healthcare and life sciences.
Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
Lead discovery conversations and translate requirements into commercial solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and pricing; coordinate responses to tenders and RFQs.
Own revenue, growth and profitability targets for the territory.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Project Management to ensure viable solutions.
