Comate in Leuven, a fast-growing hardware and life sciences innovator, is seeking a Junior Business Developer to grow its presence with clients in life sciences. You will inspire clients, explain our engineering-led solutions, and contribute to shaping opportunities.

The role offers autonomy, a master’s in engineering, and a path to grow with a dynamic team. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus initiative, are essential to succeed in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree within engineering.
• A first experience in sales and/or engineering is a plus, however experience is not required.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• A positive attitude & plenty of initiative
• You're fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
• Energy, focus and the will to achieve

• You’re an assertive closer, you seal the deal

Responsabilités

• Tell our prospective clients about our passionate team of engineers and designers.
• Work closely with the marketing team to build a story that sticks.
• Provide a perspective to both client and internal teams, delivering critical business insights and launching initiatives that impact the market.
• Network actively, set up calls, handle contract negotiations and help the customers to solve their problem.
