Jobat is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for the Poperinge region to lead a key digitalization project within our international production environment. You will coordinate training rollout with HR, production leaders, and diverse stakeholders to strengthen a future-proof learning culture.

You will guide instructors, assessors and managers in learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate L&D policies and continuous improvement across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and drive the digitalization of training within our production environment.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR and stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout.
• Provide learning and development guidance to employees, supervisors and trainers.
• Connect multiple sites and departments from a corporate L&D perspective.
• Contribute to the evolution of the training policy and propose improvements.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to roll out learning initiatives.
• Set up, coordinate and implement projects around digitizing production staff training.
• Track trends and tools to introduce new learning solutions and new projects.
