Job summary

Mediq is seeking a Senior Learning & Capability Specialist to bridge business priorities with effective learning interventions across the Benelux region. You will design scalable programmes, advise on digital solutions, and partner with leaders, HR, facilitators and SMEs to deliver measurable impact.

You will own learning initiatives end-to-end, from analysis to evaluation, and help build a culture of continuous development across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in learning-needs analysis and instructional design.
• Strong programme and project-management capabilities.
• Translate business priorities into clear capability roadmaps and scalable learning solutions.
• Strong consultative stakeholder-management and business-partnering skills.
• Experience with digital, blended and workplace learning approaches.
• Confidence with learning technologies, platforms and authoring tools.
• Ability to define learning outcomes and translate evaluation into actionable insights.
• Experience delivering complex learning programmes across functions, countries and/or business units.
• Experience managing external learning providers and multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
• Practical facilitation experience and adapting methods to different audiences.
• Strong interest in continuous learning, innovation and measurable organisational impact.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of learning and capability initiatives from analysis through design, implementation and evaluation.
• Translate business priorities into clear learning approaches and roadmaps.
• Design scalable learning solutions using solid instructional design principles.
• Lead learning initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Advise stakeholders on learning design, authoring tools, platforms and delivery methods.
• Build capability roadmaps aligning priorities with development interventions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, operational teams, facilitators and SMEs.
• Coordinate external learning providers ensuring quality and consistency of delivery.
• Manage learning budgets, tools and external partners across Benelux and beyond.
• Use learning data and stakeholder feedback to improve impact.
• Support digital, blended and workplace learning for diverse audiences.
