Johnson & Johnson Beerse site is seeking a strategic and operational leader to head Compound Logistics, driving the management, distribution, and growth of our global small molecule collection for research programs worldwide.

You will partner across the global Compound Logistics network and DTMP, lead a high-performing team, advance automation and Lean initiatives, and ensure scalable, compliant services that enable fast discovery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compound logistics, sample management, or related field.
• Proven leadership of teams in large, matrixed environments.
• Experience aligning local ops with global priorities.
• Strong Lean, automation, and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Compound Logistics in Beerse with global inventory and distribution.
• Manage capacity, budgets, and resources for scalable, compliant services.
• Drive automation and digital initiatives to improve productivity, quality, scalability.
• Collaborate across Biology, Chemistry, DTMP, and Purchasing to align priorities.
