PHOENIX Belgium is seeking a Learning & Development professional to shape our talent growth. You will develop and implement the learning and talent development strategy, coordinate performance reviews, and support career development across the organization.

You will manage the LMS, onboarding programs, and training budget, evaluate training effectiveness, and collaborate with HR teams, BENU Academy, and PHOENIX Group internationally to drive continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the learning and talent development strategy.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support career development.
• Identify training needs and manage learning programs.
• Manage the e-learning platform (LMS), onboarding programs, and training budget.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR teams, BENU Academy, and PHOENIX Group internationally.
