Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in FMCG Sales/Marketing.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Analytical and pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for several countries; develop local account strategies, promotion planning, and product development.
• Support the IKAM Director in developing and executing the European customer strategy to hit financial and volume targets.
• Prepare and execute yearly price/condition and assortment overviews for international negotiations.
• Monitor capacity with Supply & Demand Planners to ensure supply safety and forecast accuracy.
• Deliver regular promotional and listed article concepts and optimize the existing assortment with Product Management.
• Lead customer projects and conduct category management analysis, market research, and market reports with Product Management.
• Build a strong internal network with Sales & Product Management and Private Label sites across Europe.
• Collaborate closely with the customer team to drive mutual success.
