Dirafrost, part of AGRANA Fruit, is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager Retail Europe to accelerate our European retail expansion. You will manage existing and new retail accounts across Europe, building partnerships with category buyers and leading negotiations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail FMCG sales across Europe.
• Track record managing key retail accounts and private label business.
• Strong business development mindset with hunter mentality.
• Excellent negotiation skills for complex commercial discussions.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient and stakeholder-focused.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow key retail accounts across Europe.
• Build partnerships with category buyers, sourcing teams and decision-makers at HQ and local level.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across European retail markets.
• Lead tenders, negotiations and contracts to secure profitable growth.
• Drive private label and customer-specific product development from idea to launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Cust Serv to deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate market trends and consumer insights into strategic growth opportunities.
