Job summary

Brady Corporation in Belgium is seeking a process and system specialist to join SAP Operations (MM, PP, WM). You will analyze, design, configure, test, document and implement SAP solutions within Agile teams across time zones.

You will prepare as-is and to-be specifications, collaborate with data integrations, provide 3rd-tier support, train regional super users and lead monthly system-change meetings. Fluent English required; Dutch/French/German a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Operations (MM, PP, WM).
• Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Excellent English; Dutch/French/German a plus.
• Willing to travel across time zones.

Job description

• As a process and system specialist, you are responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions within SAP Operations (MM, PP, and WM modules).
• You work entirely within Agile guidelines: you analyze business needs, build user stories together with the Service Owner, Scrum Master, or project manager, and ensure smooth delivery within the agreed sprints.
• You prepare detailed functional and technical specifications (both as-is and to-be) and work with integration teams for data integrations.
• Additionally, you provide timely 3rd-tier support, train and mentor regional business system 'super users', and lead monthly meetings to communicate system changes smoothly.

Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or have gained equivalent work experience.
• You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• You have strong technical knowledge of SAP Operations (MM, PP, and WM), Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• You combine strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You can effortlessly shift gears and influence globally dispersed teams without formal
  authority.
• Thorough knowledge of English is crucial; active knowledge of Dutch, French, and/or German is a great plus.
• Given the global nature of the role, you are flexible with working hours (collaborating across different time zones) and are open to occasional travel.
