Brady Corporation is seeking an experienced finance professional in Belgium to lead month-end closings, tax compliance and audit coordination. You will collaborate with the Shared Service Centre in India and support the Benelux risk and compliance team while expanding exposure to broader business finance tasks.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/accounting, fluency in Dutch and English, and a proactive, accurate approach in a fast-paced, international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a drive for accuracy and process automation.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accounting & Month-end: Drive monthly and yearly closings, accrue month-end items, reconcile payroll accounts, and review balance sheets.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee direct and indirect tax declarations and payments in line with local law and procedures.
• Stakeholder & Audit Lead: Serve as finance contact for audits, SOX compliance, local authorities and corporate teams.
• SSC Collaboration & Risk Support: Partner with Shared Service Centre in India and support Senior Risk & Compliance Manager Benelux.
• Business Partnering: Take on broader finance and reporting tasks based on performance and interest.

Profile

• Education & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills:Strong analytical mindset with a drive for process automation and eye for accuracy. Experience in SAP, Qlikview, or OneStream is a plus.
• Languages:Professional fluency in Dutch & English; additional European languages are an asset.
• Mindset:Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments (situations, roles & geographies), determination & stress-resistance to cope with tight deadlines and eager to continuously learn and improve processes.
