EY Belgium is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist on a temporary, part-time basis to reinforce the Brand & Growth team during a leave. The role focuses on day-to-day internal communications, creating engaging content, and supporting stakeholders across the organization.

Key topics include AI, ESG and people initiatives. The role offers flexible hours and a hybrid setup, with a start by mid-November and end date around March, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in communications, ideally with internal or corporate communications.
• A degree in communications or a related discipline.
• Strong writing and editing skills and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging communication.
• Hands-on and flexible approach, quick to contribute to ongoing activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence in working with and supporting different internal stakeholders.
• Strong English skills, with fluency in Dutch and/or French.
• Experience or affinity with video and visual storytelling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of internal communication campaigns and initiatives, including content creation, implementation and follow-up.
• Write, edit and adapt engaging content for internal channels and audiences.
• Provide hands-on communication support for Markets and People initiatives.
• Support communications around AI, ESG and other business topics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate messages clearly and timely.
• Assist in video or visual content creation when relevant.
